Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Eligible Products

Returns are accepted for:

  • Shorts
  • Track Pants
  • Pyjamas

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • Return request is made after the return period.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.

Return Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to the provided return address.
